Kage Privacy Policy

Overview

Kage is a single-player game made for children. No account is needed to play.

Data collection

Kage does not ask children for personal information and does not directly collect, store, sell, or share names, email addresses, contacts, photos, precise location, or other personal data. The only exception is the limited technical data processed by Google Mobile Ads to show and measure child-directed ads, as explained below.

Game data stored on your device

Kage stores game progress, unlocked items, game settings, and similar gameplay preferences locally on your device. This information is used only to provide and restore the game experience. You can clear it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Advertising

Kage displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements using Google Mobile Ads. We configure these requests for child-directed treatment, with a general-audience content rating. Personalised ads and remarketing are disabled. To deliver, measure, and improve these ads, Google and its advertising partners may process limited device and network information, ad interaction information, and diagnostic data. Kage does not request or transmit the Android Advertising ID. This data is handled under Google’s privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or share the game data stored locally by Kage. Advertising data is processed by Google Mobile Ads and its advertising partners as described above. We do not use the data collected through ads for our own marketing outside Kage.

Your choices

You can reset locally stored game data by clearing Kage’s app storage or uninstalling the app. Ads in Kage are configured without personalisation for all users.

Children

Kage is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We configure advertising to avoid personalised advertising and remarketing and use only child-directed ad settings. If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy question, please use the developer contact information on the Google Play listing.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current version is available in the app and on the Kage Google Play listing. For privacy questions, use the developer contact information shown on that listing.
